Smith Noble Home

from 10.00

Joseph and Mary Noble arrived in Nauvoo in 1839 and built this home in 1843. They remained there until 1846 when they fled west with the majority of the Saints. Before they left, they deeded the house to Lucy Mack Smith, who also planned to go west. However, she died in Illinois before she could fulfill this desire.
